I personally find it extremely poor. I've read a bunch of other acer users wih the same issue regarding the software functionalities and their main purpose to scan the device's hardware. Most of us bought the device brand new, have not made any manual changes to it and the official tool says NOT SUPPORTED, making the tool pretty much useless for us.
Can't avoid comparing it with what DELL offers, nice layout software that actually works and you dont need to have the tool installed, you can just scan your device thru the website and works like a charm.
Something, I consider, critical for Acer to improve. It may help us to solve other issues such a slow charging, overheating, slow device, drivers update, etc.

    Hello @GoInstaPiero

Thank you for participating in the Acer Community. We appreciate your opinion. The Acer Care Center have some of the features you have mentioned, as such as drivers updates, management of files that may be causing your computer to be slow, and overall heath. I will list some articles that may be interesting for you to help understanding  the APP capabilities, please feel free to check them out:

I also  notice this discussion was placed in the Nitro and Aspire gaming series, although the model wasn't mentioned,  if you do have a Nitro series we recommend downloading the NitroSense,  other tool offered by Acer that will help you with fan control. You will find more information of which applications are available for your model by selection your country at this page

    Best Regards,

I totally agree, My first post was about how lame it was compared to other manufacturers that have updating tools that work a dream. They save time and hassle. But Acer care center is a failure which is very disappointing.

In over 6 months it has NEVER updated or notified me, even if there is a new bios version.

Today I uninstalled all the acer apps apart from Nitrosense.
