Does anybody know when we will have a new BIOS update? I have a Dell laptop and the BIOS is a loot nicer looking and has many more features.
Any idea when we will have an update on this one?
Thank you!

They typically only update the BIOS to fix security bugs or update the CPU microcode, again for security purposes. They almost never do updates to the user interface. What doesn't the BIOS do that you want?

I am actually a DELL user and decided to try ACER for a change, so i bought a swift sf-31459 which works fine. However, Dell upgraded their BIOS and has a nice back up and recovery support software included in there and the latest BIOS update has multiple options for troubleshooting I can't even count how many there are and it is nice to have other options aside from what your OS offers. You may find some third party ones online paid or with ads. But DELL bios is very complete to troubleshoout hardware and software.
It allows you troubleshoot battery, keyboards, backlight, screen resolution, there are so many that you won't even know how much they can help you until you try them out.
Now with Windows 11, which pretty much leaves you with nothing but an OS reinstall in case you didnt save a recovery drive, you're pretty much screwed and is even worse if you forgot the bitlocker key, erased it from your microsoft account or didn't save it. Also, i had to do a reinstall once and when opened my microsoft account i had so many bitlocker keys (some of them were the same) and it would be good to have an extra tool to avoid doing the last one thing most of dont enjoy doing which is OS reinstall. It is time consuming...
    Thank you for answering.

Well, I don't use Bitlocker, so key proliferation isn't an issue with me. If I did though having a BIOS that allows bypassing it would be a real security hole... You might want to look into the D2D settings for backups with your SF314-59.
