So not so long ago, my parents gifted me an Acer Aspire 5 from Walmart.  Yesterday I found out that some accounts of mine had been stolen so, I proceeded to reset my whole laptop. I reseted it, and now I can't access windows because my laptop doesn't let me. It's been stuck on a loop of restarts and I don't know what to do . I ended up watching some YT tutorials but nothing seem to work. I really need help because I use this laptop to work. So if someone is kind to help me, I will be so grateful. I'll attach how my problem looks. As i said its like an endless loop.

    Hi,
Could you please post the full model name of the laptop, like A515-xx, in the meantime, if you have a battery reset pinhole at the base cover, switch off the laptop, disconnect from mains and follow the instructions in the video, leave the laptop to rest for 15-20 Mins, reconnect the AC adaptor and fully charge the battery before trying to start.

First, you can try to roll back to an earlier restore point by holding down ALT key and keep tapping the F10 key until you see the Restore Menu.

    Troubleshoot>Advanced Options

Here you can choose System Restore or Image Recovery.

I am assuming you do not have a system image stored, but maybe you have some restore points.
Go to System Restore to select a restore point and roll back Windows.

If problem persist or no Restore Point available, try Reset This PC under Troubleshoot.

I mean you use ALT+F10 when booting up while still in black screen ( Don't know how I missed that part from the above message).
