So sometimes CPU temp goes to 80 or even 85 and I've heard that it's normal for orion 3000? Also when I touch the case it's not that hot even when on 80 C. So I have no idea.

Yes those higher temps are normal especially when gaming, your cpu’s specs is governed to a max of 100°C then it automatically turns off. The only way to cool your desktop cpu efficiently is to water cool it and make sure that your case ventilation is adequate for the climatic conditions and the purposes that you use your system in and for.

Like mentioned above, your temps are pretty much normal for a gaming scenario.

Since air is not that good at transferring heat, the case wont get that hot even when CPU is working hard. But if you were to touch the CPU cooler, which I don't recommend, you would most likely burn your fingers.

Also is it normal that orion 3000 PSU doesn't have that switch?

Power switch? Not all cheaper PSUs have them, so it is normal.

And why predator sense just seems not to care. On GTA V for some reason CPU gets kinda hot. And predator sense is like: ye bro around 1000 rpm is good.

I have no idea. Sorry! But isn't there some setting that forces the fans spin faster?

But if you want your GPU to run cooler, try MSI Afterburner. With it you can undervolt your GPU and create your own fan curve. Youtube has many good videos about this.
