Hello! I am planning to install an SSD on my laptop but I'm not sure if the "NV1 500gb PCle M.2 NVMe SSD" is compatible with it? Appreciate the answers !

    Yes, your model will accept an M-slot  NVME m.2 card with its single M-keyed m.2 socket up to 2TB. It should run at least twice as fast as a double B+M slot SATA3 m.2 card which should also fit and work in your single M-keyed m.2 socket. The best deal on the market these days is probably the 1TB Western Digital Blue series NVME cards.
