@doge2344 there is no way to increase the fan speed further because this will damage the fan circuit board. To fix your GPU fan, check this video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eTuNyfflFSo
Take the fan blade out and clean the inside.

I've repasted it before but i think ill do it again just to make sure its good and it needs to be cleaned again. but from new the fan never spun up I've checked it and it spins freely it just acting like its not getting any power or something i know the fan header and the wire going to the fan is all in good condition but still nothing could it be a faulty motherboard?   and something i just thought of can one fan header support both fans to just run both as the cpu fan ? just a idea

Hey “doge2344” is your laptops CPU/GPU overheating or what is it doing that you are trying to increase the fan speeds? Acer does allot of testing on these same issues so increasing fan speeds will damage your laptop and/or affect other aspects of its functionality, so be warned that mods do more harm than anything good! If your laptop is not overheating and functions 100% then don't touch anything as 'if it anint broke don't fix it'.

Also take the back cover off and test your laptops fans and see them operate with NitroSense with either the Max fan speed settings (as NS is there for this function specifically) also test your laptop with Auto and Custom fan settings and all its different fan speeds, see if the fans rev up or down? As you can't change the fan speeds to 8000rpm or higher, these fans are not designed for those speeds and also these fans bearings will burn out and be like all of them wind turbines that you see exploding  :D if the CPU or GPU fans do not spin or if any spin slower, replace the fan accordingly as that is probably where your problems are as these fans are kaput.

@StevenGen its thermal throttling the cpu and I currently am running a laptop cooler under it to help with it and I've used nitrosense and preditorsense neither of them will make the gpu fan run it just sits there in like beamng the temps are around 95c for both and it thermal throttles a lot that's why i was trying to get the fans to run faster in predator sense and nitrosense the fan wont go past 6000rpm at max settings and coolboost so im probly gonna have to get a new set of fans is there a way to see if the gpu fan is getting any power from the fan header or do i just use a known good fan ?    edit, is there any aftermarket fans i could use that cool better or spin faster ? i don't care about noise i just would like games not to randomly stutter or just start to run like potato

@doge2344 perhaps you can take out the whole CPU fan and try to plug it into the GPU fan connector for checking if either the GPU fan is dead or there is no power going to the GPU fan. Most of the aftermarket fans are just for the replacement so their quality can be the same or worse than original.
