Abnormal clock speed in Predator Helios 300

I Recently got a new laptop Acer predator Helios with i9 11th gen ,RTX 3060 & 16 GB single channel ram . After comparing my Predator with my friend 's ASUS TUF F15 having same specs, I noticed that i am getting 50 FPS less than him in CSGO and Valorant with same graphics settings. So I monitored GPU clock speed of both laptop and found that predator is at 2070Mhz in turbo mode whereas ASUS GPU clock speed was between 1600 to 1700 Mhz and still giving 50-80 fps more than mine.

On Nvidia website boost clock stated for 3060 is 1283 - 1703 MHz . On Acer website as well they have mentioned the GPU Boost clock for this laptop to be 1525MHZ whereas I am getting 2070 Mhz as you can see on NVidia overlay of screenshot . Is this this the reason for getting lower FPS? Does it mean I have been given faulty GPU or some other GPU under the name of RTX 3060??

@Blurry does your friend's laptop have dual-channel RAM or single-channel.

@Blurry that's why. CSGO is more CPU demanding so you can add another 16GB stick to have dual-channel so that the performance is increased by 10-20%

@AnhEZ28 Does installing new ram would void my warranty?

@Blurry if don't see a warranty sticker on the bottom cover, then you should be fine with upgrading as long as you don't damage any other components. If you see the warranty sticker, contact your local Acer or the retail store where you bought the laptop regarding the warranty policies.
