hello,
please help
In my acer gateway 4250s i found 0% available (plugged in, not charging) acer Gateway 4250s problam
and i can not remove my pc battery. please help

    @hritiksaini it is likely that this battery has at least 1 cell died so it cannot recharge due to its age. You will have to find another battery pack. If you cannot find an original battery, you can just get an alternative replacement one. To replace this battery, you have to disassemble the bottom cover like this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ajJimuP8TWc. If you cannot do it by yourself, you can bring it to a laptop service center and let the technicians replace it for you.
