Acer Nitro 5's poor plastic Quality

 I had purchased my Acer nitro 5 -AN515-45 on 5th October 2021. And by now it is full of cracks and holes, although I have never removed it from my table and always took good care of it. Now I can also see some lines on my display. Worth of 1Lakh on paper but worth of only 50k in real that's what I would say about its quality. Also, the screen is too low on brightness, and the sound is ***** poor. I have to use my external apps to boost the audio.

Very Very unsatisfied with the product.
Also, I have purchased the extended warranty so, kindly let me know what all replacements can be done.

    This isn't related but I have the AN515-58 and a crack recently appeared in the plastic to the right of the touchpad which is strange, I think that the speakers quality is pathetic and also windows 11 is a pain in the *****, I've had to do a factory reinstall 2 times because the laptop became unusable due to bugs and glitches, it's unacceptable the fact that i paid £850! Nitro sense suddenly became unusable with a recent update too.
