Open Device Manager. Do you see any red or yellow warnings?

You have at least one, possibly three, yellow warnings. When you start Device Manager, and folders are automatically expanded, it suggests driver problems. Did you try to change Windows versions or change drivers from a non-ACER website?

Then do you have any idea why the audio driver still has the yellow warning? Have you disabled it? Have you made any hardware changes inside the case?

There is nothing wrong with your displays in Device Manager, those yellow marks under the display components are PCIe image icons for the individual graphics and not a fault, the fault that you have is in the Intel High Def Audio, so uninstall this audio driver completely and install the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant so it gets all Intel components up to date on your system and reboot, as that should fix this problem.

    >>>GPU availability is offline what can i do with that >>>

It's offline because no game or program is calling for its use to be online. I don't see a problem. If Witcher2 game isn't performing like it should, then a setting in the game console is at fault, not the GPU!!! Perhaps you should register and post your issue on the Witcher game forums.

Right click a blank space on the desktop. Open nvidia control panel. Is the GPU set in high performance mode?

This seems like the wrong nvidia generic driver tool for your proprietary ACER OEM mainboard. You must use the ACER OEM  nvidia driver tool and the ACER OEM nvidia driver for your machine, not download something from nvidia!! They are not the same drivers even for the same MX350 GPU design!!!

Download, unzip and install the nvidia ACER OEM mx350 utility and mx350 driver at this link instead for whichever Windows version you like to use.https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/8900?b=1
