The bluebooth is not working on Window 11 after return from service Center - swift 5

Since Window Eleven has launch for while, my swift 5 still not working on blue audio, it can connect but audio become shaking,
can't hear a word after it is connected on bluetooth,however my blues tooth mouse is workinIg.
I have update the most updated from Mircofity store, the bluetooth is still not working on Window 11,

Second issue os
The touch monitor has a line on the screen, when images, video on the line sport it will be come freeze or keep repeat ,
the line is in buble icon going up, these two issue has check by service center already, brand new laptop brought from Aug last time

Check in the taskbar. Select the Network icon on the right side of the taskbar, look for the Bluetooth quick setting, then select Bluetooth to turn it on. You'll see “Not connected” if your Windows 11 device isn't paired to any Bluetooth accessories. Check in Settings.
