Hi, i got my new laptop Nitro 5 AH 515-57 with core i9 11900H / RTX 3070. Found unusual temperatures in one of the CPU Core while in full load
/stress test. Should i get it to service center for help?

@CDX try to contact or bring it to the service center to let the technicians replace the thermal paste.

For all games such as CS-GO, etc. Had visit the service center and the result still the same or probably worst. Looks like the design of the nitro 5 having issue and I regret buying it

@CDX try to put the fan on maximum speed and get a laptop cooler.

@CDX I see. You might need to contact the service center again. Tell them to test the temperature at the center.

@AnhEZ28 the tech from service center told that it is normal for i9-11900H (Turbo boost) perform at always 92c despite under volt & windows 11 optimization. Even with cooling pad just not making any difference in temperature.

Regret for not doing my homework before purchase and gonna live with it till i have the ability to buy (probably not Nitro 5 model anymore)

@CDX sorry to hear that. But do you get any temperature throttling issues like FPS drops or lagging?
