E1-532, 8gb of ram, sees only 4gb

Hello, I have this E1-532 that had a celeron inside, bios was upgraded to the last available. I had expanded ram to 8gb, with 2 perfectly identical ram modules, and it saw all 8gb.
Recently I had to replace the mother board, V5WE2, since it won't boot anymore. I found the same model but with an i5 cpu. Installed the board, everything ok, the pc is even faster, but it sees only 4gb of ram of the 8 I have. Checked the bios, it was version 2.12, so I progressively upgraded it to 2.13, then 2.14, then 2.17 which is the most recent. Nevertheless it still sees only 4gb of ram. Tried to swap the modules, same result. Bios and windows 10 see only 4gb, but speccy sees 8gb and gives me infos about both modules.
What could I do?
Thanx

Specs do suggest DDR3L sodimms so it's possible. You might still want to check each alone just to make sure both RAM sockets work. The DDR3 sodimm might draw too much power for both to work at the same time.

    (1) Do msinfo32, task manager & BIOS all agree on 4GB with both sockets filled with 4GB sodimms?
    (2) Do they all agree on 4GB when only one socket is filled at a time, the other empty?

I think I have found the problem. The two ram modules, even if they have the same label, have different chips, speccy states that one is 1.50 volt, while the other is 1.50 and 1.35 volts

I will check, thank you. I have another 4gb nodule by Kingstone. Hope it's not a faulty slot.  I don't know whether this mobo wants 1.5 or 1.3 volts modules

As mentioned earlier, the mainboard specification suggests that DDR3L 1.35volt sodimms. The "L" means 1.35volt "LOW" voltage.
