See this guide which will fix your problems "System Doesn’t Have Any USB Boot Option" to enable all other options in the bios. Also your 2.5" SSD should be much faster than a 2.5” mechanical HDD, you must have bought either a faulty or a cheap quality SSD as its impossible that there is no difference in speeds. Also always have your windows, Intel and all graphic drivers up to date and with SSD drives always enable the TRIM command within windows as that will also make your SSD work allot better and quicker.

Since you have two Windows Boot Managers showing, the cloning process worked well enough for the new drive to show up as bootable. Do you have the F12 Boot Menu enabled? What is listed when you use F12 to get the menu? Usually the easiest way to go to the next step is to remove the old drive, boot from the new drive to set it as default, the reinstall the old drive, boot from the new one and use Disk Management to clear all partitions from the old drive and rebuild it as one big data partition.
