I have purchased an Acer Nitro 5 AN517-54-582A.  And it is installed with Windows 11.
My goal is to install Windows 10 from scratch with a USB key (as any other PCs).

I've used my USB key installer to install Windows 10 on more than 4 different laptops and 3 different workstations.  Any of them use NVMes and SSDs and my Windows installer see them all at any time without using specific drivers.  This USB key was prepared with Rufus v3.17 and v3.18 for GPT partition scheme (target system UEFI (non CSM)).

BIOS settings:
I have updated the BIOS to v1.16.
This laptop uses the Samsung MZVLQ512HBLU-00BTW (the original NVMe PCIe m.2 part).
I set "F12 Boot Menu" to Enabled
I set "Set Supervisor Password" to Enabled
I set "Secure Boot" to Disabled
I see my USB key with my bootable Windows installer

But I cannot change the following settings:
- Boot Mode
- Erase all Secure Boot Setting
- Select an UEFI file as trusted for executing
- Restore Secure Boot to Factory Default

So when I boot this AN517-54 with my USB key, I can boot with it but the Windows installer cannot see the NVMe drive.

I've also tried to put a SSD Adata SU800 in this laptop and my Windows Installer cannot see this drive.

So how can I install my own Windows 10 on this laptop on the NVMe drive?  How can I have access to the BIOS setting that I cannot change?
