Anyone with a better idea on how solve this problem? When Intel graphics drivers device is enabled on my Acer Aspire one cloudbook 14, the screen periodically (but not regularly) blacks out until I close and reopen the led or sleep and wake up the laptop again.
This problem does not appear if Intel graphics drivers device is disabled but disabling it affects brightness control and sometimes video quality.

Open Device Manager. Click display adapters. Right click Intel GPU driver and uninstall it. Exit Device Manager without reinstalling anything. Shut down Windows normally. Turn machine back on and let Windows automatically re-detect the GPU and re-install a fresh copy of the driver.

    Hi @IsaacBrave22,

On laptops, however, disabling the integrated graphics will result in software based video processing to take over using Microsoft Basic Display Driver. Since Microsoft Basic Display Driver uses the CPU for video processing, you will see a far reduced performance.
