    Hello, good afternoon.
Try accessing the F1 option, Advanced Options, Troubleshooting, Command Prompt.
    Enter the codes:

    chkdsk /r /f

    and then

    sfc /scannow

Sir when i pressed the F1 the moment i turned on my laptop (the logo) it didn't go to the advanced option. Instead it went to blue scren loop like i sent the pic above.

So what i did was inserting the usb bootable, press F12, clicked my usb bootable, clicked "next", repair your computer, troubleshoot, command prompt
But. When i typed chkdsk /r /f. Below
The type of the file system is NTFS
    Cannot lock current drive.
Windows cannot run disk cheking on this vol because it is write protected.

    Sir elp

That's a normal error when the main OS isn't booted up. The X: drive is a temporary drive in ram for diagnostic purposes. aswElam.sys, the faulting device in your BSOD, is part of Avast Antivirus. Are you running Avast? Has it expired?

Windows cannot run disk cheking on this vol because it is write protected.

That's a good clue.  Something about a volume being write-protected.
It's actually possible to mark a disk volume "read-only".
I have a test hard-drive with win10 on it, and just gave it a try.
I set its C: volume attribute "read-only" then booted it.
    Yeah.  ewwww.  BSOD.

Maybe your C: volume really did get set read-only somehow.
You can check it and clear that attribute with Diskpart by steps similar to the screenshot above.
First, you'd boot with your USB thumbdrive and run Command Prompt as already discussed earlier in this thread.
    Then invoke Diskpart.
Next, figure out which disk and/or volume is marked "read-only".
(at any time, you can type "help" to bring up a help menu, and compound help for sub-commands, like "help list disk")
Roughly, the two main steps are:
    select volume  n
    attrib volume clear readonly

sir,it says here  its set to "NO"

And when i press enter it it says
    Virtual Disk Service error:
The operation is not supported on removable media.
    And this?

well, it's worth a shot to check and see, yes?
    Oh now it has
    volume attributes cleared successfully.
    And next sir?

I didn't see your photo until just now because of how this forum auto-scrolled the page.
that photo shows volume 4 was not read-only.  there was nothing to fix with vol 4.  clearing the read-only status there does nothing.
see the red circle in my screenshot?
check each of the volumes shown by the "list volume" command.
for each one, you'd first need to do:  "select volume n"  followed by "detail volume".
if any volume has the attribute "read-only" marked as "yes", you can try clearing that.

    ------------------
if none of the volumes (nor disks) are marked "read-only" then my idea isn't a solution.  sorry.
    omg, we're cross-posting.  I didn't see your 2nd photo either.
No dont be,I haven't even checked every vol you suggest
