I purchased Acer Swift 5 way back in 2019 and all was well until Jan, 2022 now slowly few keys on the Keyboard suddenly stopped working. I tried all possible ways to get the same rectified (I understand that since its out of warranty wont get much help) I was directed to a service centre who asked me to log a case seeking spare parts, I did the same on Mar 17, 2022 and until now the status is Awaiting Spares

Can anybody tell me how much time it takes for Acer to ship the spares..

Which Swift 5 model do you have? It should be something like SF5xx-xxx-xxxx. I know spares have been tough to find in many locales over the course of the pandemic. The ships that move things around between the factories and the service centers take much, much longer to load and unload than they used to. Keyboards tend to be tougher than generic parts, just because they are different for each local and color.

OK, knowing that it's a SF514-54T helps a lot. What locale are you in and what language is the keyboard set for? The keyboard is sold as an assembly with the top case and they have different colors for different cases. It looks like gold, blue or white are the options. That leads me to believe they have so many different ones that the service centers don't stock them all, leading to longer lead times. :(
