Acer Swift 3 SF314-511-53T9 basic limitations

May I request following features for Acer Swift 3 SF314-511-53T9, which I used to enjoy in my older notebook -

a. Keyboard backlight dimming - lots of time you don't need to keep such bright key board light. This would be really great help on battery usage as well.

b. Timeout to turnoff keyboard light - current option is to either keep it always on or keep it always off which is really strange. So need a way for user to set their desired timeout based on their activities.

c. Option to swap Ctrl and Fn key, I am so used to of my old keyboard that my fingers automatically hit wrong key always so having above option will be great help.
