aspire 7 How to fix my processor?

How can i fix my acer aspire 7 with the  ryzen 5 3550h?It is for some reason really buggy like when im playing a game and suddently it drops from 70fps to like 10 because my processor drops from 3ghz to 0.40ghz. Has someone had this issue and does someone know how to fix it?

Probably overheating. Have you monitored CPU/GPU temperatures?
