Warranty Registration Inquiry

I have signed up to extend my warranty to two years and I've completed the instructions two weeks ago but until now, I have not received confirmation yet. At the same time, when I look up my unit's S/N on the warranty checker, it does not recognize it. How long should I wait for the confirmation and is it normal to return "not found" on the warranty checker?

    Use your serial number id (SNID) on the support page to try to use the chatline to check on this.

    Try to get the serial.no from BIOS page and check.
