I cant clean my fans because of a particular screw

So basically my laptop heats up a lot, there's a lot of dust built up in there and wanted to clean it. This was the first time I opened my laptop, when unscrewing the heat sink I couldnt unscrew screw number 2 if im right, it was the one on top of the ram slot, the head of that particular screw looked weird and i couldnt unscrew that particular one no matter
Is there any other way I can clean my fans or am I screwed?

@Flyywheel8 can you take a picture of that screw? Try using different screwdriver sizes to avoid stripping the screw.

@Flyywheel8 the head looks a bit stripped. You can try to push more downward force on that screw or use a rubber band.

@Flyywheel8 try with a plier or a flat head. If those don't work, take it to a PC repair shop to let technicians unscrew it for you.
