I just bought a new Spin 313-51N, checked that it’s windows 11 ready, however, cannot upgrade from 10 to 11 as tpm 2.0 not detected.
no matter using Microsoft’s upgrade assistance or healthy check, still says, my machine not eligible to upgrade. Please help

@LaiLai check in the BIOS, security tab to see if you have TPM enabled or not.

@LaiLai where did you buy this laptop. Some region has TPM restricted so that option is hidden by default.

Really, but the official website (Hong Kong) does highlight the machine is windows 11 ready in my location.
    https://www.acer.com/ac/en/HK/content/series/spin3

Anyway, the Acer support told me that it’s the machine malfunction and thanks for your help.
