The last email I received from Acer told me that my monitor is “Ready to ship” on March 21st. But when checking the Acer tracker it says it actually shipped on March 21st, but I never got an Email to confirm it, nor a tracking number for fedex
If your device is in warranty you can contact the warranty dept. Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country. On the new page - scroll down - click on "contact support". Scroll down. You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept. They will provide you the latest update.

An email will be sent with your FedEx tracking information once it has shipped. You can contact us via phone/chat support in your region to check the status and get the tracking number.
