    1. Use the reverse side of the Pro Pen 2's Nib to reset the tablet.
    2. Insert the reversed Nib straight into the hole and press firmly feeling the reset button depress.
    3. Hold for 10-15 seconds until the power light on the tablet turns off, then release.

Which hole? You mean nib from dedicated pen?

Which model of Spin 3 do you have? It should be something like CP3xx-xxx-xxxx or SP3xx-xxx-xxxx.

SP313-51N-721M. Any ideas? i think bcz wrong firmware installation, it changes digitizer kernel's value or something

OK, your active digitizer is an AES 1.0 and should work with any of the pens that meet that spec, though a non-Acer pen likely won't fit the slot on the side. We are going to have to wipe the bad firmware off and reinstall the correct firmware, I believe. Go into Device Manager first and look for any entries that have the error icons. Also check to make sure the installer didn't put any support apps on the computer. Uninstall any apps and uninstall the problem devices, then reboot.
