acer aspire vx5 gtx 1050 ti drivers updatable?

Hi, I run an acer aspire vx5 the gtx 1050ti version, I'm just clarifying and making sure of somethings before I attempt to update the graphics drivers in the nvidia site

1. Can I update my graphics drivers in the nvidia site preferably the latest one without any problems or do I need a specific driver?
2. I recently have bought elden ring recently and I am sure after testing the reason for the crashes would be that my drivers are the problem ( due to them being the same drivers the day I bought the laptop) 
3. I have read some posts here that the aspire has no support for its graphics drivers and it causes some games to not run at all is this true?

I am unable to run elden ring and other newer titles because of the likelihood of my outdated drivers, any help and clarifications are appreciated, thank you.

Just follow step name Clean Re-install of graphics drivers with DDU Uninstaller from this below guide 
(Currently its step number 14)
