Help, need motherboard manual of Predator G3-710

Hello, few years ago, I bought the Acer Predator G3-710 AG5W2 G3-710-UC11 (G3-710_W) Mfg Date: 2017/10/13 at Costco, I would like to upgrade the ram and hard disk right now. The mother board is "DB.E0411.001$01". Need a very details information about the motherboard. please help. Thank You. p.s. motherboard information. LAN ID: 98EECB56EFA5, DB.E0411.001$01, DBE04110017030320630A1.  I do a search online, no result. I do place the SNID or S/N at acer support, no result either. please helppppp. thank you so so so much.

    Best is to install and run the Crucial Slentem Scan as that will tell you all the appropriate and best upgrades that your Predator G3-710 can have and the appropriate specs of the drives and memory for best performance.

     Crucial Slentem Scan is not working at my window 10, :(

    It will tell you what you currently have and what you can add for memory and SSD's.

    I can't believe my computer information not show up by SNID or S/N at acer support, anyway, this is an experience, keep the drive and mother board information when you first bought the computer. 
    really appreciated your help, thank you x 9999999999.
    now I can upgrade my computer.  :)
