Ok, so. I've cleaned up my fans because they had a lot of dust in them, booted up the laptop and wanted to see the temps with the fans cleaned.
I was surprised to see that the CPU fans were going up to 5660RPM  and the gpu fans to 5760RPM which never happend before.
I was amazed by the extra RPM which i was given later on to be dissapointed. as soon as i connected my External Monitor to the laptop my fans speed droppen from:
CPU 5660 - 5083
GPU 5760 - 5383

Also the temps sky-rocketed from:
CPU 49 - 90
GPU 38 - 65

I have no idea if this is normal or not, i wanna add that it is a fresh windows install (1-2 days old).

Also, after a long session of gaming, the temps don't seem to go under:
CPU - 67
GPU - 56
Even after 1 hour on MAX FAN POWER.

If someone can help me i'm all eyes.

You should have repasted the cpu/gpu also, cleaning fans does not contribute to the fans high rpm.  The high rpm’s could be that your fans bearings are faulty due to the dust that has gotten into their bearings and the fans are compensating for the lost performance and hence the high rpm’s. Repaste your cpu/gpu and get an electronic cleaning spray and spray your fans internals and around the bearings and get a brush and clean them, then see if the fans still perform at the high rpm’s? If they are then you will need to replace both fans as and by leaving these fans with dust for a long time the dust has affected the fans functionality and that is why you are getting these high rpm’s and temps.

I'm not complaining about HIGH RPM fans speed, i'm complaining about LOW RPM fan speeds, now it's under 5k rpm, cleaned them througly, can't change the paste since i dont have a correct screw driver, i will try in a few days tho. everypne saying they hit around 5.8-6.7k RPM on they fans, i barely get over 5k...
