Aspire A515-43 I Do not have Admin Password, does Alt F10 at Boot to restore? Or?

I have Aspire A515-43, I do not have admin password, someone else set it and doesn't remember it.  I can't use my printer or update my Microsoft without Admin password.  I see an answer from 2014 to use Alt F10 at boot to reset, does this still work?  If not what is alternative way to access or reset?  I don't need anything on this laptop, so reset is fine.  Thank you

It would be the same password that someone else uses to log in to Windows. If not, then you probably will have to enter the BIOS menu to reset to a factory fresh state. If that someone else set a BIOS password and also doesn't remember that either, then you must contact ACER to have it cleared.
