    Depends on what you want, higher overdrive means lower response time, however it can lead to some visual artifacts or ghosting if you have it on. Generally somewhere in the middle is what most people go for, but have a play with it set to each, and see what you prefer. Also depends on what FPS you are running at, if maxing out the FPS, having overdrive cranked up would have far more visual artifacts and bluriness than if running at a lower fps
