Hi guys i don't know if I can post here I can't find a forum page for troubleshoot, btw my laptop nitro 5 cant start up, is slow and stutter I've tried to reset from factory settings more than one time but when I start it load the first acer screen and then shows me a blue screen with driver_pnp_watchdogs problem. The weird fact when I acces with alt+f10 and go to what os i want to use he show me 2 win 11 os and a win revovery partition. How i can delet all of this obsolete os and then start only one win 11?

@CHNenrico the Windows is corrupted so you will need to create a Windows installation USB to reinstall the OS.

@CHNenrico the installation will install a new OS and put the old OS into a folder called Windows.old. You can retrieve your data from that folder.
