My Swift 3 CF314-59 is 3 months old and ACER no longer recognizes my S/N or SNID

My Acer Swift 3 is no longer recognized as a valid S/N or SNID by ACER Canada.  The computer is 3 months old, and has been a BSoD nightmare while I work on my Masters with my new laptop.

Accept the Upgrade to win 11? BSoD. until you quit or die.

Revert to Win 10? Re-install all programs? Find and re-install ACER Care centre?
BSoD is more occasional, but screen-freeze and mem overflow/loss of USBs is constant.

Now I can't download the manuals, because my computer has been disavowed by ACER? [or some other issue?]

Totally defeated here. Awful experience - my reasonable knowledge of windows and computers is seemingly less than useless here.

Do you mean SF314-59? I don't find a CF model. I assume you purchased the laptop in Canada, rather than it being a USA model. If so the SNID should work on the Canadian site. You can always get to drivers and such by just using the model number...

    yes sorry - SF314-59 [typo].

I used these successfully last month. I was on the Cdn site today, but I will try again.

And I will try the model number to get the manual.

And there we are  -ACER Canada must be broken - they don't recognize their own laptop model.

As of yesterday the backend database for the Drivers and Manuals site was down pretty much worldwide. It looks like it's still down now... Why do these things always happen on weekends? :(
