What is a normal temperature Nitro 5 AN515-55-53E5

Hi everyone  I have a 

Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55-53E5 Gaming Laptop | Intel Core i5-10300H and playing warzone  on low settings after optimized according to cool temp I think it's called under a full load  I was on warzone  I was running around 4ghz Temps were between 65 and 83c is this safe and normal  I do have a,laptop cooling pad 6 fans 2 big 4 small and it's on high also my pc fan is on high wirh turbo boost im just earlier about frying my cores

    Anything below about 94*C for CPU and 86*C for GPU would be considered normal under heavy power demand.

    Also, make sure your Windows Update is up to date and your GPU latest driver is installed and Intel driver is up to date and try to increase your memory capacity (preferably to 32GB) so you don't stress this laptop out with the games that you play which causes high temps and have Nitro Sense on max fan speed for hard core gaming, that is what I’ve done with an AN515-56 and the temps never go above 75° for hard core gaming.
