Windows 11 Upgrade - Helios 300

I just purchase the Helios 300 laptop a month ago with Windows 10. At the beginning, I had notification saying it will be upgraded to Windows 11. It has been awhile, the upgrade notification is gone and there is nothing saying upgrade anymore. Does anyone have the same problem not being able to upgrade to Windows 11? How this can be fixed?

I guess it's because of some outdated drivers in these PCs. Just wait till it's solved via driver update from Windows Update. Or you can update using ISO right away (keep a system image backup of original Acer Windows 10 installation though).

All my Windows 10 updates were cleared including drivers. Windows 10 is used to post a notification for Windows 11 update schedule in Windows Update area, but that notification is gone as well. My other computers in the Windows Update would either have the Windows 11 update Ready or Not Eligible notification. It must be something related to ACER.

Possible. Hopefully someone from Acer can clear this doubt.

I upgraded my devices (three so far) using an .ISO from Microsoft. Please please please create a recovery drive with all system files first. You may need it.
