So yesterday i received my Acer VG240 y 165hz IPS monitor and I started all the tests of dead pixel, screen bleeding and all are were good but the issue i found with my monitor is that ..... These are some sort of very less opacity red color shapes forming on my screen when the room lights are dark and on a dark background on monitor ..... please tell me what are these called and are they major issue or they are common in IPS monitors and are they harmful to the life of monitor as long term use .... cause monitor is in replaceable time by website ..... so please help me out ..I'm attaching an image of what they look like

Its normal, its called "screen bleed" or "ips bleed"or "ips glow" , harmless!

What it is, is the backlight of your monitor. To get it bright enough in the middle, the lights have to blast out light, which then washes out some of the color. Long term it does nothting to the display, but be annoying to you if you play loads of horror games :)
