PH315-54 How To Stop Windows installing NVIDIA DCH driver automatically?

I have a Predator Helios 300 (Model PH315-54) and this is the issue:
No matter what settings I change (such as turning off automatic updates) Windows will immediately install NVIDIA Control Panel and a DCH version of the NVIDIA driver, which I *do not* want. Even if I remove the DCH version and reinstall the Legacy driver that came with the laptop (which is DCH free) Windows will automatically install a DCH NVIDIA driver as soon as I restart.
This is not acceptable. The DCH version interferes with my use. It must go.
I have even removed Windows Store and several unwanted Apps that go with it - which I have absolutely no use for - since I read that Windows Store requires the DCH version and I have no need for Windows Store and its crappy driver to be forced on me. I could have got that buying a Mac and having Apple force their crappy stuff on me instead...

Anyway, I need to remove the DCH version and NEVER have it installed by Windows automatically again. Any ideas how I can make that happen?

Sorry if this has been answered already, spent 30 minutes searching but did not see anything quite like my issues...they were all the opposite (how to install DCH, not keep it removed).

The only things that you can do is this; hit the search key, type services, click on the Services app, scroll a long way down to Windows Update, click on it, in the middle of the popup change the Startup type to Manual, Apply, OK and restart your computer. Then you need to check each and every day for Updates. You can do this when it is convenient and not disrupting your work. that is what I do but I do use the DCP and it doesn't :D  bother me

@solitarydrift just try to install the latest driver from Nvidia and don't try to uninstall driver from Microsoft because it will just reinstall again. For the Nvidia Control Panel, just let it install itself because it is mandatory. If the reinstallation keeps happen, you can try to get Windows update hide and hide that particular driver update.
Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!
