About Acer Laptop Battery Acer E5 574G

Hi, I use Acer E5 574G 2016 laptop. It originally came with AL15A32 SANYO battery. That battery has 36 000mWh capacity. I recently replaced it with a new battery.  But it only has 29 000mWh capacity. When I ask about the capacity difference seller said after 2019 SANYO company reduced the batter capacity down to 29000mWh for optimization reaaon. He also said I fact check it from the Acer. Is this real. Did actually SANYO company reduced the battery capacity?
