How can I fix my laptop randomly shutting down when I press some keys like delete/f2+f9+f10 help

When I open my laptop I will press spam delete button or pressing f2+f9+f10 then it will start to loading then it starts to crash and turn off

    Reset your laptop, go to settings and do a reset as you have some bad drivers that are causing "random shutting down issues" and for this to happen and the easiest way is to reset your laptop. The best reset is to do a full reset and back all your personal files up, yes you will lose your software and apps but you can reinstall those later. I had the same problems on a brand new Nitro AN515-56 running Win-11 laptop that use to turn off every 5 minutes for no reason and easiest and only fix is to reset the laptop and start from new.

    Because It will blackscreen if I don’t press it
