Complaining about the nitro 5 product

Dear acer, 
I had bought acer nitro 5 on last year of 2019 . Till now i was facing many problems like motherboard dead, battery failure, Hdd read/write slow and os and many more . I had also mailed to acer 20 times but they said please wait for service center. Within 6 month of buying my motherboard got dead, then i had to wait about 2 month for approval of parts . So it's my humble request to you all thas if it's possible then please do arrange for replacement of my laptop . I am not able to repair it every year twice or thrice .

    I am not good in financial thad would even buy a new one or change parts with own . Fortunately i extended the warranty that would helped me so . But after warranty it was like a child toy which just covered some place with no use . So please help 😢😢

    Look “sauravsrivastava” if you had problems with your NEW Nitro 5 that you bought on the last part of year 2019 then you should have got ALL its problems sorted and repaired under Acer’s warranty in that 12 months! My advice is for you to ask Acer service support in your area (don’t know where you are, as you haven’t said?) if they will fix your laptop as you have a “Service Record” then Acer can look at that record and should fix those same problems that they have fixed before but, your 2019 Nitro laptop is out of warranty and if your laptop has wear and tear and consumer related problems and NOT what Acer fixed then Acer will not fix them as laptops components go faulty in majority of times by wrongly being used by consumers. I’ve had many Acer laptops like at least 4 new and used many Acer laptops at work also in the last 12 years and I've never ever had or heard of so many problems like you have? Btw, I've got a Nitro 5 that works perfectly but you have to know what you are doing, how to set it up and use it and READ THE MANUAL provided as doing anything that can damage the laptop is the reason why these laptops break down and don't work!

    Also, it’s a bit hard to believe that what you are saying that your “Brand New” Nitro 5 had motherboards problems and HDD’s problems and Battery problems as this is very hard to believe as these components don’t just go wrong for nothing! Or you must have been very unlucky to get this faulty laptop but, Acer should have the service record and have diagnosed your Nitro 5, so you should have no problems in getting it fixed if these same components that Acer fixed have gone faulty as your laptop is probably only max 3 to 4 months ??? out of warranty, I don't know as you haven't told us the exact date you bought this laptop?  Good luck and hope this helps you out and answers your complaints, frustrations  =)
