I have a predator helios 300 (g3-572), which has a hdmi port and a type c port. I have several doubts, as there is no information on both the generation of the hdmi port in the user manual or if the usb type c can support video output. My monitor only supports 144 hz over display port so I was wondering if it would be posible to buy a hdmi to dp adapter, or a usb c to dp adapter, and use them to get 144 hz on my monitor. Help and advice would be apretiated.

    Sorry. highly unlikely.

The USBC is a data-only port that doesn't natively support video out. But can be made to work with an active USB-to-video out signal converter in either DisplayPort, HDMI or VGA form factoers. But  generally at less than 30Hz refresh rates.

Some but not all  G3-572s were also equipped with a mini-DisplayPort port with about the same output specs as its HDMI v2 port. So the HDMI theoretically should support 144Hz at 1080p. But the HDMI port only supports native HDMI signal output. It does not also natively support DisplayPort signal output. So again, without the miniDP port,  an active signal converter would be needed, not a simple passive HDMI to DP form factor adapter.
