Acer P236H monitor flashes dull Acer logo than flashes Win10 logo then black??

Here's a pix of the two circuit boards in the monitor; I don't see anything obvious, do you?

Thanks but, as my question states, this is a monitor for a desktop computer and does not have HDMI out. But thanks for the reply. : )

The monitor has to get the Win10 video input signal from somewhere. That somewhere is the Win10 video output signal. That's what I'm referring to. If it's a desktop feeding the Win10 signal to the monitor then black screen, does the same thing happen when the desktop feeds the Win10 signal to another monitor --- the TV set. I'm trying to determine if it's the monitor or the desktop.
