hi, I bought an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55 laptop about two months ago. and everything was working fine until today when I bought a RAM to add it to the laptop. and it works in the first slot but it doesn't work with the second slot. and the ram that was in the laptop is the same story. note the new Ram and the Ram came with the laptop both have the same speed, so is the problem with the laptop, or what? also here are the new ram on the top and the one that came with the laptop on the bottom.

if I put the original RAM to the second slot the laptop won't boot up just give lights and a black screen. and then also I try to put the new RAM to the second slot also does not work. lights and a black screen. but the new and the original RAM work in the first slot. also, I try to put both Rams together it does not work. lights and a black screen.

@suhaibshinawi I see, try to unplug the battery first, use a soft brush to clean the second ram slot and try again.
