XB323U GP/Gx and XB323QU differences?

I am looking at the non-4k 32" Acer monitors and have to admit to some confusion. Can someone help me understand the differences between these monitors so that I can make the best choice? All are Predator XB3 models:
  1. XB323U GPbmiiphzx: 32", WQHD, and a 144Hz refresh, 600 nit
  2. XB323U Gxbmiiphzx: 32", WQHD, and a 240Hz refresh, 600 nit. Any other differences from the above I should care about?
  3. XB323QU NVBMIIPHZX: 31.5" WQHD, 144Hz refresh, 400 nit. I am struggling to understand why this one is $300 more than #1 and $100 more than #2. What am I missing with this monitor?
Thanks for the help.

Must be due to either the vendor or region you're looking at.  I find list price for #1 as ~$800usd with an IPS screen, #2 ~$700 with a TN screen and #3 ~$550 with a slightly dimmer IPS screen. Seems reasonable.

Acer has dozens of regional online stores worldwide. MSRPs, availablilities and even some major components might be different in US, Canada, UK, Phillipines, India, etc etc. even for the same XB323 sub-model  Do you have links to what you're looking at?

Here are the links from Acer:
https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/predator-model/UM.JX3AA.P01 - $799 per Acer. Price makes sense since it is a bit brighter.
https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/predator-model/UM.JX3AA.X01 - $899 per Acer. Price makes sense, due to very high refresh rate.
https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/predator-model/UM.JX3AA.V02 - $599 per Acer, I had this listed as #3 and most expensive, which is my error.

Everything now makes sense. Thanks for helping me catch it.

Prices look about right except #2 is suspicious. It was earlier reported as a TN panel at ~$700.TNs are cheaper and generally have higher refresh rates than IPS. But viewing angles are poor over ~30°. Which could be an issue sitting close to a big flat screen. So $700 seemed about right. Now #2 is reported as an IPS panel with a price ~$900. Must have recently changed. If you go for #2, I'd double-check that what you're buying is indeed an IPS with those kind of refresh rate claims.
