So I got an acer nitro 5 an515-43, yesterday when I'm about to shut down my laptop it will just took me to the password area (were you need to put your pin so that you can enter your computer) and then when I put my pin and shut down again it just repeat the process it will do that over and over again until I force shut down it because I don't have no choice. any tip how you can solve this?

Which OS are you running, is it Win-10 or 11? As certain things happen sometimes with new systems and seeing that your AN515-43 is only new (you are lucky =) ) and you haven't got any valuable data on it (if you do then back it up) the best is to attempt a repair with Troubleshooter. To do this in both Win-10 or 11, go to Settings > System > Troubleshooter > Recommended troubleshooter preferences and run that and see, if that doesn't work then go to System > Recovery >Fix problems without resetting your PC or do a complete Reset this PC which should fix your problem.

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.
