Problems with Acer Predator Helios 300 when I suspend the Pc

Hey guys, how are you?
I have a Helios 300, and lately when I suspend my Pc, and then I try to use it, it doesn't restart, it doesn't wake up, so I must press for a while the Power button for forcing the shutdown, and then I can use it again, but,  I have done this for many times, and I'm scared because that's not normal.
Thanks if someone has had the same problem can help me, and forgive my english

Kindly follow the steps given below

Try windows + x on keyboard  (  Hold the windows key on the lower left corner and press x key only once using keyboard  - It will show you a menu )
go to device manager
Expand keyboard 
Right click on keyboard -  click on power management tab
check the box - Allow this device to wake the computer.  - click ok

Please do the same steps by expanding mouse on device manager. 

It should work fine

Hi @mateo_rivera,

The combination you should try out is Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B. It'll automatically restart the graphics driver and the screen should turn on from the Sleep mode.
