I already updated my bios software as well as other software options is there any other idea which will help to get rid of this issues?
- Bios updated from acer's official site
- Used DDU (display graphics uninstaller)
- boot into windows 11 still same issue
NOTE: When I shut down my notebook by pressing power key for a 20sec long then after only my notebook shows the external nvidia graphics, but in next startup it didn't show any nvidia graphics in my notebook.

Did the issue also appear in Win10?

    Hi @srijan123,

If there is enable the adapter, save the changes and restart the laptop and check if it appears in Device Manager. If there is no graphics option in BIOS, try resetting the BIOS to the default values, save the changes and then restart the laptop and check in Device Manager. If still not there it may be a faulty GPU IC.
