I am having charing issues with my Swift 3 (SF314-51). I believe it may be the charging port. I was told by a repair shop it will cost $50 to open it up and see if repairing the charging port is even possible, or if it is connected to the motherboard. There must be some way to find this out without opening the laptop. Surely this information is documented somewhere. Can any one tell me what sort of charger port the Swift 3, model SF314-51 has? Thank you for any help.

You can charge your laptop through USB-C port. Charger must be at least 19.5V 2.25A (45W) or more powered.

Your model has a DC-In cable between the motherboard and the power jack. The Acer part number for it is: 50.VDFN5.005.
