Will my Acer Nitro 5 AN515-53 be able to run at least 120hz on a 1.4 HDMI 144hz Monitor?

My laptop model is an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-53. The manual seems to not include any information on monitor compatibility and I want to make sure I don't purchase a monitor without making sure it can run at least 120hz via HDMI. I also can't seem to know what HDMI port my laptop has. Thanks!

GTX 10 series are all HDMI 2.0 so as long as your HDMI is connected to the GPU it would be that, as for the refresh rate you can get, it would depend on both the resolution, and the monitor itself. The res is easy enough and i always use this guide ( https://glenwing.github.io/adapters/?output=HDMI )  but the monitor always needs to be checked as well, sometimes they dotn support high refresh rates over HDMI
