Hello. Low voltage ram vs standard ram. Which one is better? Acer aspire 5750G. i5. 4gb ram. I want to upgrade to 8 gb ram

Your model was designed for the higher voltage DDR3 sodimms, not lower voltage DDR3L sodimms. While the DDR3L are slightly more energy efficient, they may not  work properly in your model.

Thanks JackE. Which ram is best for performance in my laptop? Which one to choose?

Go to this crucial link.  They're RAM sodimms are usually made by Micron. They are probably the best. And they also recommend a more efficient lower voltage sodimm that they tested with your model. So I would trust their recommendation.
