I have an Acer Predator Helios 300 with an I7 11800H, RTX 3060 6 GB, 165 Hz QHD screen. I bought this rig about 40 days ago. All my browsers used to use the RTX by default whenever i opened them (Edge, Chrome, Opera etc). This made my browser experience much better (Smooth interpolated videos on Netflix, Youtube, etc). Over time i installed a bunch of games and applications. I noticed the difference a few weeks ago, choppy videos, stuttering etc. I realized none of the browsers are using the 3060 anymore. I have tried everything under the sun.

--> Enabled hardware acceleration on all browsers

--> Nvidia control panel - added all browsers and set the default gpu as Nvidia high performance Processor.

--> Did the chrome://flags --> override software rendering.

--> Enabled Hardware Accelerated GPU scheduling in system settings.

--> All drivers and browsers are upto date.

--> Uninstalled a few things that i thought might have interfered with this process (ffdshow, Avisynth, Mad VR, and a few more).

--> The game Mafia 2 made me install some Physx drivers (Not sure if this caused the problem).

I can't think of anything else to do. I am F***ing frustrated. I don't like watching videos at 24 fps when i've shelled out a bomb for this PC. My older PC had a 940mx and i used to download every video and watch it at 60 fps using frame interpolation software. I really want the browsers to use the GPU. Please help me.
